Julieann Neely
Julieann Neely is the owner of SANDIA SPIRALS! Julieann has been teaching CORE BODY movement for over 15 years and previously taught in the fitness industry for 18 years. She believes that the body has the ability, through being aware and mindful, to move efficiently in grace and freedom. Julieann began her work as a traditional fitness instructor, and quickly moved over to work with Physical Therapists in a back rehabilitation program. This kick started Julieann’s desire to study the body and how it most efficiently could move through space without pain and frustration.
After participating in the traditional realm of exercise for 18 years, she was convinced there was a better way to teach individuals how to move. Julieann became a Pilates Instructor specializing in post-rehab techniques, and taught for only a few years before discovering the GYROTONIC® method. Julieann instructs the method for general conditioning as well as being extensively trained in the specific treatment work of the following: Shoulder Girdle, Pre/post Natal care, Chronic and Acute Back Pain from Disc Problems, Care for Breast Cancer Survivors, Osteoporosis, Flexibility and Movement for the Senior Population, Athletic Enhancement, Scoliosis, Pelvic Pain and Incontinence Issues.
Come and discover the satisfying completion of efficient movement with Julieann’s fun, methodical, and informative lessons. Her specialty is looking for and finding the underlying problem that creates pain and discomfort and drawing out a new pattern of movement that will take the body into grace and freedom. An avid mover for her entire life, Julieann enjoys hiking, skiing, long bike rides, scuba diving, and wide open spaces just for being quiet to listen and to be aware.

Bianca Juganaru
Bianca started as a classical ballet dancer and was fortunate to study under master teachers who emphasized alignment and bio-mechanics in order to build injury-free dancers. After pursuing further education in modern, African, and social dance she fell in love with Argentine Tango and began to use her training and experience to help others find their balance and posture. She eventually discovered the GYROKINESIS® method of movement and loves that it can be adapted as easily for people in recovery and rehabilitation as it can be for athletes and dancers in peak condition. Bianca also owns a boutique dance studio, studio b dance, and in addition to GYROKINESIS® method, she also teaches/tutors ballet technique, specializing in BALLET FOR ABSOLUTE ADULT BEGINNERS. She also coaches movement fundamentals for tango dancers and teaches couples how to dance for their wedding. Having struggled with scoliosis herself, she draws inspiration from working with others to help them find the tools to increase their mobility and overcome pain. In addition to dance and movement she enjoys writing, eating good food, and spending time with her dog. Her classes at Sandia Spirals focus on finding a rhythmic flow by integrating breath and movement in order to facilitate healing movement and injury prevention.
